These leather handled prison canes are made of Tohiti which is a much heavier and less flexible than either Kooboo or Dragon cane. Tohiti canes are used in Prisons across Asia including the much publicised Singapore prisons. These canes start at 12- 14 mm thick going up to 16-18mm thick and can cause bruising and welts. .
